    It's a 10 min walk to SoHo and about a $10 cab ride to any hot spot south of 14th street. It's the easiest place to get a cab in NYC.
    The Happy House is also close to all subway trains. The A C E / 1 2 3 / N R W / 4 5 6 are all within walking distance.
    There is a 24 hour parking lot, though most likely you can find parking on the streets. There's also a 24 hour Duane Reads downstairs in the building.
    I leave a binder on the coffee table with all the information you will need: menus, maps, dry cleaners, important numbers etc. I also leave a linen closet stocked with fresh linens and towels and basic toiletries in the bathroom.
    I try to make your stay at warm and welcoming as possible. If you have any special requests please let me know.
